Our third visit to the Fish Creek Campground. First in loop A, the loop with showers. Fantastic experience. Have to mention the best maintained facilities we have seen in the last 16 camping trips. Many thanks to the gentleman maintaining them. Like us, he was also from the great state of Illinois. Many thanks.

Staying in the C loop by the lake is unmatched for Glacier and ease to the water...had a 20 second walk to our own time by the shore each day...look on the map for the boathouse and any of those sites are amazing...

Camp Rangers were super nice. We received multiple violations, that’s okay cause we were guilty of missing some bear protocols and being loud after 10pm. We were better after the citations. Having only 3 showers (one was out of order) for the whole camp was a little sad. McDonald Lake was awesome and enjoyed swimming in it and skipping rocks.

Very nice camp site but if you’re are camping for more than one night then I would recommend staying on a camp site that has showers. Very painful not having a shower close by and parking far from the camp that had showers

This was a wonderful last minute get away for us. The campground is clean, quiet and our spot was a short walk to the lake. There were no generators to take away from the experience. It is mainly a tent environment with a few shorter camper sites. All guests were quiet, no dogs barking, just a pleasant camping evening!
