It was great! Very exposed which was good (got to see the night sky unobstructed) and bad (no respite from the sun) when I was there but it was fine. Saw a few deer crossing through which is always fun. The ravens are out and ready to pounce on your food the moment you look away so be mindful not to just leave things out.

Main issue is that most of the sites are pull-throughs and they are too narrow for any kind of RV. The wooden posts between the parking area and the table and fire ring area should be removed. In addition, any sites on the left hand side of the driveway force you to have your RV entry door on the side opposite of the picnic table and fire ring. They are backwards. Also, the restriction against generator use in Loop A makes no sense, and should be abolished. It would be an improvement to add a few more shower houses, too. However, the campground staff is very helpful and accommodating.

Bathrooms were exceptionally clean!! Very close to the Visitor's Center and start of Going-to-the-Sun road. Awesome views, no signs of campers before us.

The campground is in a beautiful and convenient setting. There is a hotel/coffee shop/gas station and small market just outside the park entrance that is well stocked. Pull through RV site was easy to access. Campground is very near visitor center that has excellent Native displays and videos from the local tribes.

Good location for seeing sights on the east side of the park. Close to the entrance. Not far from Many Glacier area. Restrooms were clean.
