We had to jump from one campsite to another to get all the days in we needed there. Gorgeous views, great location, and adequately sized sites were highlights. Lots of wildflowers out and trees to protect from the wind. Showers and clean bathroom were nice too.

We enjoyed evening ranger program very much. We have easy access to multiple restrooms. They are all well maintained.

The campsite was nice and bathrooms were clean. We had the campsite by the shower so we had issues with being able to park in our campsite because people kept using our campsite as parking space.

It was great having a shade tree at our site, it was level, we were close to the bathroom and amphitheater, and the ranger host were very interactive and often seen multiple times a day.

Great campground! We were very happy with the location. The views from this site were great. It's not shaded but that also meant we had views. Close to the showers/bathroom without being next door. 4 showers! 2 of them are push button and the 2 on the inside are on/off showers with decent temps. I'd stay here again!

The driveway was shared which was odd, thankfully we had super chill neighbors. Also absolutely 0 shade at the campground or trees for a hammock. Campsite was right beside the bathroom but perfectly far away enough to not hear everyone go in and out. The shared water for the campground is also in this exact spot. It appeared Loop A had a ton of great campgrounds with more shade!

Located a half-mile west of the St. Mary entrance near St. Mary, Montana. Access is from U.S. Highway 89 approximately 33 miles (51 km) northwest of Browning, Montana or over Logan Pass when open. Vehicle restrictions are in effect.

Policies & Rules
Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.
