Great campground! We were very happy with the location. The views from this site were great. It's not shaded but that also meant we had views. Close to the showers/bathroom without being next door. 4 showers! 2 of them are push button and the 2 on the inside are on/off showers with decent temps. I'd stay here again!

The driveway was shared which was odd, thankfully we had super chill neighbors. Also absolutely 0 shade at the campground or trees for a hammock. Campsite was right beside the bathroom but perfectly far away enough to not hear everyone go in and out. The shared water for the campground is also in this exact spot. It appeared Loop A had a ton of great campgrounds with more shade!

Excellent location right at the start of GTTSR. Nice flat areas parking to pull through. Nice bathrooms.
Unfortunately lacking in trees so got very hot during the day. Also there is technically a shower but it has one temperature (cold) and requires you to constantly push a painful metal button. Bear boxes are shared with neighbor and not all neighbors are considerate.
I would stay here again but would choose a treed location.

The location was perfect - not terribly far from our day hiking at Many Glacier and getting up the next morning to explore going-the-sun road and Logan's Pass.

The camp has a good situation close to the entrance, stores, and activities.
Falicities are clean and the water point is useful.

C125 had a small tent pad. Site is surrounded by bushes, so sheltered by wind and a little more private than some of the others. Close to toilets and fresh water. Rangers came round regularly, advised us of bear activity although no bear box on this site.

C124 has a small tent pad with no shade, exposed to the wind. Clean toilets and fresh water close by. Excellent talk on mountain goats by a very engaging ranger. Showers are free, warm but a little walk away.

A10 is a small site with shade and privacy. Had its own water tap and a bear box close by. Toilets about a 3 minutes walk away. Close to the half mile trail to the visitor centre.

Located a half-mile west of the St. Mary entrance near St. Mary, Montana. Access is from U.S. Highway 89 approximately 33 miles (51 km) northwest of Browning, Montana or over Logan Pass when open. Vehicle restrictions are in effect.

Policies & Rules
Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.
