Enjoyed our two night stay at St Mary’s Campground in Glacier National Park. Good location to stay and catch the shuttle to go to Logan’s Pass.

Nice camp ground close to visitors center. Verify if tent camping will be allowed due to bear activity.

The campground was very nice. The restrooms were very clean and well stocked. The evening ranger programs were fantastic. The campground host was very nice as well. A great place to stay while visiting the East side of the park.

Very disappointed about the quoted length. REC.GOV states directly that the site lengths are for the total both the tow vehicle and trailer. Rangers state this is inaccurate and say that is due to Rec.gov. So, our site should only fit a 27' unit, yet my 26' trailer, 21' truck both fit with another 26' worth of room behind my camper.
Also, the shuttles only stopped at Logan Pass. Because parking is tight, we could never get in Logan Pass nor could we park and hike any other trails like we have done before when the shuttles we so convenient. I sent my concerns to the park service, but no replies. The head of the National Parks and his boss are doing no service for park visitors.
