I get that the majority of people entering Glacier don't know how to camp properly but sheesh... Be prepared for the camp host to come by every couple hours and nit-pick your site, including waking you up at 6am. They are not friendly to folks who camp in hammocks, either. We were there on a day when it did not stop raining and they wouldn't allow us to hang a covering to keep dry, and when we left for a hike the wind blew our tent into the bushes and they sited us for that as well. Next time we will be camping near the park, not in it.

Nice rustic campground, old school. Gravel campsites, not paved. Older buildings though updated inside. Some sites are a bit overgrown with vegetation. Having showers, though dated, was awesome.
The views from the open areas are spectacular!

For the most part it was a great experience with nearly all campers being very courteous. On Wednesday evening we got to listen to the loud music and base beat of the music coming from the bar in town until nearly 3am - not quite the peace and quiet we had hoped for.
