Great experience! Moving the stack of wood away from the cabin would maybe help with the ground squirrel population that is present. Cabin was well equipped with kitchen utensils.

Beautiful location and well equipped cabin. The cook stove didn't work so we cooked outside over the fire.

The setting greatly exceeded my expectations, very nice location and great cliff to look at and ponder over the camp file. Plenty of parking, and the cabin was very well stocked. I wish there were no mice turds, but there were some. Overall, great cabin that I would certainly stay at again. Make sure to hike .3 miles up the creek to the hidden deep canyon of creek, very unusual.

Nice cabin in a beautiful location. It was quiet, with the exception of the babbling Canyon Creek. Very well stocked, and clean, with plenty of firewood. Pay careful attention to the directions as Google Maps sent us on an extremely bad road.

The is one of my favorite cabins!
We skied in 5 miles to get to it and it was a super great ski.
Plenty of supplies (paper towels, dishes, garbage bags) and wood. Plenty of wood to split to replenish the split wood pile for the next people.
**there is no lantern**
Inside the cabin, it says there should be a back up stove, there is not one. But the current stove works great.
**Bring 2 AAA batteries for the twinkle lights if you'd like. They are great for the dark winter nights!
Highly recommend!!

    • Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
    • One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
