Knowing the camping season is in full swing we booked our stay at Holter Lake during the week and it worked out great. However, on Saturday morning when we were preparing to leave the campground parking lot and boat ramp became overly crowded and it took me an hour to get out of the parking lot. Too many people. Crazy!

It was so hot we couldn’t stay in camper and left a day early. Why not have some electricity would be willing to pay extra for it

The lake is nice, fishing is very good. I’ve been there camping three times now and will never go again in June or July all three were miserable hot and smoky! My biggest complaint is a lake that’s known for fishing and there isn’t a single cleaning station or running water spigots anywhere!

Campground was clean & campsites are good sized for our situation. We did get some odor from the toilets nearby at spot #9 one night but will book again & get a site further away.

Went for just a short stay. We've stayed here before and plan to return, probably every year. Campground was quiet. It is essentially primitive RV camping with no electricity or water. Beautiful area, lots of birds and other wildlife!

Enjoyed our camping exerience, wish there was more open bank to fish from on the south end of the A-loop so we didn't have to carry items so far.
