Always enjoy the experience of camping at least twice a year at Hunterβs Cove.
This last trip was no exception.
The restrooms and showers were always clean and Hosts were friendly.
The only disappointment was that the docks were closed.

The only problem I have with hunter cove is the dump station. The cap is under a bar which makes it difficult to attach the sewer hose. It is also chained to the bar which adds to the difficulty. Thirdly, the cap is held by one bolt which allows it to swivel adding the third level of difficulty. The final factor adding to the difficulty is the depth of the basin and the angle of the sides. It is hard for a mid 70βs person with mobility issues to perform the chore without falling into the basin which I have come close to doing several times. Other than that you have a fine park here.
