We always love staying@methodist! The facilities are always clean and tidy, even fish cleaning station! The upgrades to the park are going to be beneficial to future generations wanting to enjoy the lake! Love the camp host, she's always smiling and very friendly when we visit!

Beautiful place to camp. Lots of shade trees, easy to park. Usually pretty quiet and the Joyce the attendee is so nice and helpful.. Only draw back is the pea gravel pads, but just we just learn to take the shoes off and vacuum often. The lake view from the camper is wonderful ..My favorite place to stay..

this was a great camp ground, very well taken care of and a great place if you like to walk, a very nice cement 3 mile long walking trail that takes you into the nice little town of alma ne. the experience was great and we will go again to this place for sure!!!

The 6 pm check-in is a huge negative. That said, we arrived early and had no problem getting on the site, as it was empty.

This campground is very logically and nicely laid out, with nice good space between sites. Wonderful view of the lake. The host was friendly and helpful and the restroom/shower facilities fairly clean. My only negative was at my non-electric site was strewn with cigarette butts. Why do smokers think that leaving their butts around is OK and not littering?

Very nice place to camp. Views of the Harlan County reservoir are beautiful. The sites are large and easy to back into. Grass was mowed up nicely, and new wood on the picnic tables was a plus. The camp host is wonderful to work with and always checking on things. Great place for families, kids, and dogs. Lots of dogs but hardly ever hear barking. Only draw back is the pea gravel parking, it comes in on your shoes to the camper, but we just took shoes off, no big deal.. great 10 days, with full hook ups…
