The host was friendly, the camp ground was clean but the parking space was very narrow and sloped and difficult to park our RV.

Silver Tip Campground at Lake Alpine is praised for its clean facilities, spacious campsites, and a friendly camp host, Dennis, who is helpful and accommodating. Many guests enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, easy access to the lake, and family-friendly atmosphere, making it a delightful destination for outdoor activities. However, some sites are noted to be uneven or outdated, and there are occasional concerns about cleanliness and site proximity. Overall, visitors express a strong desire to return.

I didn’t realize there was cabins, restaurant/bar there. You can also rent paddle boards and kayaks. From campground you can hike about a mile to the lake.

The campground is small and intimate, boasting beautiful views of the valley and perfect hikes to the lake. The host was helpful and kind, the bathrooms were well kept and clean, and though sure #2 was extremely sloped, it worked okay with our 28 ft trailer. We can’t wait to go again and will definitely stake out sites closer to the top. We loved everything about this campground.
