Getting the water back on would be beneficial. Host was nice. He was confused on epots but that was clerical error not him. He worked with our group quite nicely. We will be back.

What a sleeper campground! Super well maintained, interesting high desert topography with plenty of trail space to explore. Only downside was the number of generators running constantly. Definitely a popular park with the big screen TV in the RV set. Nothing wrong with that personal choice, but tent campers might feel a little, yanno, drowned out.

We always enjoy Ward Mountain! Check-in was flawless, the campsite (21) was great, the restrooms were clean and the campsite was quiet. We will be back again.

This was one of the cleanest and well maintained Forest Service campgrounds I have been to. Probably had a lot to do with not being near a big city. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Good job folks!

Quiet area, some distant road noise if you really try to listen for it, semi-private large camp sites, great tent pad.

What a nice campground for an overnight stay near Highway 50 on our way to Utah! They recently updated the campsites with new picnic tables and the pit toilet bathrooms were clean. It's a nice area to walk around. The only issue was the mosquitos which were out in force at dawn and dusk but we were able to avoid them by hanging out in our Clamshell tent. The camp host was very nice. Next time we drive through we'll stay longer so we can check out the other activities in the area.
