I have stayed her twice and really like it! Sunsets are spectacular. Hosts are wonderful! Ghost Ranch is very close and Abiquiu is only a short drive away. Facilities in the electric loop could use some TLC and I did not use the one in the dry camping area. Make a reservation, especially if you want electricity.

Abiquiu Lake is an absolutely gorgeous area to spend a few days! The camp hosts Al and Mark were both very welcoming and helpful. Their campground was well maintained with user friendly campsites. And it's only a short drive to Ghost Ranch, Taos and Santa Fe. We will definitely be back!

We had no issues getting into our site, 002. The site was level side to side but had to bring the nose down quite a bit. Might have been better if we had moved back further but we need access to a door on the back. Campground was well monitored and kept up.

As with most Army Corps camps, very well maintained and very proactively staffed. Amazing location and views. My only critiques would be the harsh, outdoor lighting. Dark sky friendly area lights are greatly needed to enjoy being outdoors at night there. Also the trim on the picnic canopy in my site was making annoying rattling noises in the wind. Especially at night for some reason more than the day. It wasn't super annoying when inside my RV, but I felt bad for any tent campers having to hear that all night and tried my best to stabilize it with duct tape.

Great campground, been going there for ten years. Mark and especially Ann are great camp host. Love sitting out and admiring the view.

Couple at entrance very helpful, charming and fun. We would drive to site just to visit with them. Great camp sites, wonderful view of lake, mountains and sunset. Clean with all facilities you need.

The camp host was so lovely, he greeted me at the entrance and gave me a map and let me know the campground doesn’t let people in after 10 pm. I felt really secure knowing that and I appreciated no alcohol, it felt peaceful and safe and I felt close to nature. The views and the sky are breathtaking at Riana campground. It was convenient to go to the play wave on the river and the kayak launch on the lake. I definitely will be back.

Our first day was very windy all day; second day we were smoked out by a large wild fire and left early because of that. We quite like Riana over all, and have been there several times. We'll go again, but this latest trip was a bit of a bust.

We were here 22 years ago and in all that time and money the COE has taken in at this park you would assume new bathrooms and showers would have been built. Sorry to say no just same old ones and the doors still won’t close to keep out bugs. The COE should do better.
