We love this Campground! It’s very well run, always clean, with Smiling helpful camp hosts. There’s lots to explore in the area. There’s something for everyone, full hook ups for RVs, dry camping for RVs and tent sites. All are wonderful. Don’t miss the hiking trail that runs through the campground and around the lake!

Lovely campsites overlooking the lake. The rangers at the gate were the friendliest we have even encountered. Showers were hot with good water pressure. Sites were flat, all hookups worked well. Bathrooms were clean. I wish the lights would go on in the ladies room a bit earlier. They don’t go on until it’s pretty dark outside, so there is an hour where the lights have not come on, yet it’s a bit too dark to shower.

We chose this place to see the homes of Georgia O’Keeffe. Was a very nice campground, very well maintained and super friendly hosts. The suggested hiking trails are easy to walk and well kept.

This is a very nice RV park. The views are lovely - you can easily see the inspiration for some of Georgia O'Keefe's work. Some of the camp sites have incredible views. Shower and rest room facilities are small, clean but may be in need of an update. Park staff were helpful and friendly. Walk to Abiquiu Lake is long. Overall, very good stay...if only the New Mexico April wind would quit blowing.

We went to this location to see the eclipse. There is no shade which was what we needed. The site was clean, the hosts were very nice, showers worked and drinking water was nearby. Because there is no alcohol allowed on site noise was not an issue which is nice if you want to enjoy silence for sleeping at night. There are several trails around to explore too.

Beautiful vistas. Clean restrooms. Friendly camp hosts.
Nice trails for hiking and biking.
The handicap sites had spotty cell coverage.
It was excellent when we moved to sites nearer the lake.

The weather in mid-October was not good for tent camping with wind gusts of 50 mph and low temp of 35 degrees. The camp ground itself was well maintained and very nice.

This space is great. We loved the trails, although would recommend them for hiking more than mountain biking. Our spot had the room we needed for three of of us and a 19 foot tow behind camper and our truck. The real gem of it all was Cindy in the office. She was SO kind, helpful and friendly. So was the other gentleman who checked us in (don't remember his name.) But seriously, Cindy was a gem. Thanks!

The staff were amazing and the lake was extremely pleasant and beautiful as always. All the surrounding campers were polite and happy to be there too.
