Our family enjoyed camping together in Site 4. There was room for a C-Class, a van with a tent attached and a separate tent. We enjoyed hiking up a nice trail behind our site, swimming in the river and sliding down boulders into the water. It rained the whole first day, but that didn’t stop the fun. Trash right across the way, two clean vault toilets within walking distance, a non-intrusive Campground Host and interactions with our neighbors. My dog enjoyed playing with rocks as he was on his leash and we had some excitement helping catch a runaway dog from another camp site. Beautiful drive up, blessed silence and no cell reception added up to a great stay. After checking out, my daughter, son-in-law and two kids took a hike to the nearby lake and had a great swim.

The campground was clean and the host friendly and helpful. We had difficulty getting into our space (5th wheel) due to the need to back uphill into the spot and the narrowness of the road. We likely we not stay at this campground again with our current rig due to the difficulty getting into spaces but otherwise would highly recommend the CG for others.
We returned to the area a few weeks later, staying at Clear Creek CG, and were greatly pleased with the much better accessibility of the spaces.
