I would just like to offer a big thank you to Ryan who was in charge there for his help and just being a very helpful and considerate person.
As a visitor from Ireland it was nice to meet the public face of your Forestry people.
Campsite was spotless and well tended. A tremendous quiteness in the morning.
Ryan, thank you and in the words of the great philosopher Spock, may you live long and prosper.

Campground is one of the best. Summer months are crowded. But stayed late September and not crowded at all. Weather was perfect. Nice tall trees with lots of shade. Went to San Antonio hot springs. Was crowded there but definitely the drive and hike to get there.

This is such a pretty campground. Spaces are not too close, allowing for privacy. We always enjoy our time there.

Great site and beautiful drive to the campground. Amenities were ideal for the family, bathrooms were as clean as expected for what they were. Only downside is how noisy the campground was at night. Quiet hours are after 10. Surprisingly, the generators in loop 3 were not the issue. People apparently created their own nightclub and blasted music/screamed their hearts out until 1 am. Zero regard for others using the space. Overall, it was a good experience but may stay away from the more popular sites like Jemez falls.
