New Mexico Tipis and Treehouse

Booked a weekend in the tipis for our anniversary. We got there and waited for someone to come out. The husband came out, we told him that we had a reservation and he went inside to tell his wife. He came back out and said that they had double booked between their website and Airbnb and the two sites didn't communicate with each other. So he said that his wife was in the shower and couldn't issue a refund but that we would see the refund the next day. So we left and found a hotel room. The next day I still hadn't seen the refund. I called and no answer. We went home and I continued to call and email with no answer. I called again everyday and I finally got a text saying they didn't have service because they were out hunting and I told them that I was waiting for a refund and never got a text or call back. I kept calling for weeks and emailing and texting and she blocked my number. Never got a hold of any of them. I've also read some of the reviews snd they are similar to mine.

We really enjoyed our getaway in the mountains! The treehouse glamping was fabulous. We warmed by the pinon wood burning firepit in our private campsite! Thanks Greg and Robbie for allowing us to share in your slice of enchantment!

Absolutely love this place! The cool mountain air was bliss after a long day of driving & the heated bed made me never want to leave. We had ment to stop in Cloudcroft for snacks but forgot, so I was thrilled to discover the small basket of chips, trail mix & oreos waiting for us. My only complaint is that I only booked one night- can't wait to come back!

My wife and I wanted somewhere different to go to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. This place was it! Wanetta and Joel were such great hosts and the tipi was super comfy to stay in. They think of everything. We stayed for two nights and didn't want to leave! They were both so gracious and accommodating and even had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. They truely do have everything you need to have an awesome stay! We are already planning our next trip to include other family members.

So, this was a new experience for my husband and I. We are avid campers and own a travel trailer and lots of tent camping equipment. We have NEVER had such a great experience glamping!

Wanetta and Joel are the most gracious and available hosts ever. They have literally thought of everything you might need to have a great time! From the fire pit, to the awesome hammocks, dishes, a hot shower, a flushing toilet, and the tipi and surrounding grounds were manicured and spotless!

Believe me, whether you are an experienced camper, or never camped a day in your life, you will have a great time! You don't want to miss it.

We saw lots of deer, elk, wild turkeys, and stars we never knew existed. Go see for yourself! You will be glad you did. I will be going back!
