Policies & Rules

Arrival & departure

  • Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
  • Contact the front office for assistance after hours.
  • Providing your mobile number implies consent to receive automated texts; this consent can be revoked.

Fees & deposits

  • A credit card processing fee applies; cash or check payments avoid this fee.
  • Payment is due at registration; fees cover two guests, with a $5 daily charge for additional guests.
  • Long-term stay deposits are forfeited if guests leave early.
  • Guests must notify the office a month prior to their last stay for deposit credit; failure results in deposit forfeiture.

Site capacity

  • Only one RV or travel trailer and one vehicle are allowed per campsite; extra parking is available for transport vehicles.

Site types & loops

  • RVs and travel trailers must be well-maintained and insured.
  • Changes to the campsite, such as digging or installing equipment, require management approval.
  • Washing RVs on the property is not allowed.

General

  • Right to Refuse
  • Environmental Protection: Cutting, damaging, or removing trees and vegetation is prohibited; help us preserve the natural environment.
  • Laundry: clothes line outside of RV(need approval from management). For your convenience there is one (1) laundry facility on site

Parking

  • Access: We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed unacceptable.

Vehicles & parking

  • Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only; parking on empty campsites or roadways is not allowed.

Safety & rules

  • The speed limit within the campground is 5 MPH.
  • Parents must supervise their children at all times for their safety.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Loud music and excessive noise are not allowed; be considerate to your neighbors.
  • Keep campsites clean; outdoor storage is limited to 4x6 feet.
  • Illegal drugs are not allowed; alcohol should be consumed responsibly at your campsite.
  • Smoking outdoors is allowed but be considerate of your neighbors.
  • Firearms are allowed only if licensed; other weapons and explosives are prohibited.
  • Guests are liable for any damage or injury caused by themselves or their pets.
  • Tenants accept all camping-related risks and agree to indemnify the property.
  • The property is not liable for lost or stolen items or personal injuries.
  • Guests must secure their belongings; the park is not responsible for theft or damage.
  • In emergencies, follow posted instructions and staff directives.
  • Dispose of trash in provided dumpsters; flatten boxes for recycling.
  • Guests agree to indemnify the property from claims related to their use.

Fires & fuel

  • Open fires are not allowed due to local fire restrictions.
  • Fireworks and hazardous materials are not allowed in Ruidoso and Lincoln County.

Pets

  • Pets over 40 lbs incur a $40 fee; they must be leashed and cleaned up after.
  • Pets are not allowed in showers, bathrooms, or laundry facilities, except service animals; violations may lead to removal.

Utilities

  • A sewer collar is required for all campers as per state regulations.

Amenities

  • Reservations for the pavilion can be made at 575-315-6733; clean the site after use to prevent attracting wildlife.
  • Follow posted rules for common areas and facilities.

Local regulations

  • Commercial activities require written permission; otherwise, they are not allowed.
  • All guests must comply with local, state, and federal laws.
  • The property can refuse service and evict guests for rule violations without refund.
  • The property can evict guests for non-compliance with rules.
  • Management can change or add rules as needed.
