We really enjoyed our stay at Warrior's Creek. The cites are large with easy access and it's a really clean park. All the people at that gate that we talked to were very friendly and helpful. We were absolutely thrilled when we saw our first live sighting of a bald eagle circling in the sky. Thank you for a great stay, we will be back again. The Bowlings

Warrior Creek campground was a great facility! I celebrated my birthday weekend with a day of riding bikes, camping, and outdoor cooking. We stayed at campsite 2 which was conveniently located to the swimming area, parking, the mountain bike trails, and bathrooms. I've been coming to this campground since I was a kid and will definitely return.

The camp is great. It's very scenic and quiet. The staff member at the gate was helpful and polite. The bathroom and shower was nicer than I expected and very comfortable. It wasn't swim weather when we camped, but the beaches that we saw didn't look very useful. Maybe for young children, but not teens or adults as the area was very small and roped off very close to shore.
We were disappointed with the firewood we bought from the campground. It was wet and would not burn no matter how much kindling we used and how high the flame from the kindling was. The logs just smoked, hissed and would not catch fire. The wood was green and I didn't know better at the time. They should not have sold us green wood, though I know what to look for next time. We did bring charcoal and cooked on the grill that each sight has.
