- All rentals and use of property at Juniper Hill Farm (“Property”) are subject to the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). By making a reservation, accessing the Property, or using any rental equipment, the individual making the reservation and all accompanying guests (“Guest”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
- The guest accepts full responsibility for all rental items from the time possession is taken until returned.
General
- Inspect all items upon receipt and report issues immediately

- Pay full replacement or repair costs for any loss, theft, or damage, regardless of cause
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
- Injuries or damages caused by weather, natural events, or acts of God
Vehicles & parking
- Park only in designated areas.

- Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after.
- Do not interact with livestock without permission.
- Pets are not allowed in livestock areas.
