  • All rentals and use of property at Juniper Hill Farm (“Property”) are subject to the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). By making a reservation, accessing the Property, or using any rental equipment, the individual making the reservation and all accompanying guests (“Guest”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
  • The guest accepts full responsibility for all rental items from the time possession is taken until returned.

General

  • Inspect all items upon receipt and report issues immediately

Safety

  • Pay full replacement or repair costs for any loss, theft, or damage, regardless of cause
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
  • Injuries or damages caused by weather, natural events, or acts of God

Vehicles & parking

  • Park only in designated areas.
  • Speed limit of 5 MPH must be observed.

Pets

  • Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after.
  • Do not interact with livestock without permission.
  • Pets are not allowed in livestock areas.
  • Guests are responsible for their pets' actions.
  • Interaction with livestock must be authorized.
  • Incidents between pets and livestock must be reported.
  • Guests are liable for any damage to livestock or property.
