Jomeokee Campground

Makai (the camper) and I had a great time at this campground. Owner is VERY nice. The leaves were at peak season and a great view of Pilot Mountain. I did hear the highway so turned on my fan to block out the noise. Bathhouse is clean.

We wanted to find a perfect and easy spot for a weekend outing and Jomeokee was absolutely perfect.
Loved the location as it's right off the highway and is so incredibly close to both Pilot Mtn and and about 25 mins away from one of the very best state parks in the southeast -- Hanging Rock State Park.
Tom, the owner, was incredibly nice and helpful. The scenery was as good as anywhere we've ever stayed.
We'll be coming back here again often.

Great campground very close to Pilot Mountain State Park. Had a class A motorhome and was able to get full service site 1. Highly recommend this site because there is shade and it has a perfect view of Pilot Mountain. Full service sites are limited and many sites are in the open. Owner was very kind and accommodating as we needed to check out late and he allowed us to do that.

Beautiful campground located right off the highway. King is only 10 mins away if you need anything from the store. Had my firewood delivered and the host was very friendly and stopped to chat. I cooked over the fire and explored the campsite. Site 14 has a power supply and was very close to the bathrooms. There is hot water and the trash bins are located there. Definitely a popular spot but it was nice and quiet at night. You can hear the highway at night since it’s located so close. If you’re a light sleeper just bring some ear buds or something. But it’s definitely worth checking out for that beautiful pilot Mountain View. And it’s also dog friendly.

I want to start off by saying I have yet to stay at this campground but I cannot wait for the day that I get to. The owner and staff are amazing, understanding and kindhearted. We cannot wait to visit here in the near future once our pup gets better. Thank you so much Jomeokee campground! We will be booking again in the future!
