River Farm Escape

Great place to stop! Quiet place not too far from the main town. Host was great to work with and directions worked perfect. Clean and nice!

What a magical spot in the mountains to escape to for a while. You can sit by the river, gather around the fire, or drop a line into one of the ponds. At every turn, there's a gorgeous view of the mountains of western north carolina. I highly recommend booking a stay here. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the cute mountain town of Waynesville, 7 minutes to Canton, and 30 minutes from asheville. It's also very close to the blue ridge parkway, 20-35 minutes.

This tiny home was the perfect family getaway. The home was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and everything looked just like the photos. We loved all the little extras like the welcome s’more kit and firewood. Our visit was in December so we did not swim in the river but it would have been great for swimming. My sons did enjoy fishing in the 3 stocked ponds and the river. They caught several bass in the ponds and even a few trout in the river. This home was only 35 minutes from the Cataloochee ski mountain … which was perfect for a day trip! We also spent one day walking the cute downtown area of Waynesville. Lots of shops and cute eatery’s…. Would be a great romantic weekend getaway. I can’t say enough good about this tiny home. We will definitely be back !

The cabins are absolutely wonderful. Very clean. And they have thought of everything.
We are already booking to come back in two weeks.
And the ground are so beautiful and so maintained.
Play ground for kiddos.
And the owners are amazing.

We loved our stay in the Tiny Cottage Bethel Valley View #1. The view is gorgeous and the tiny home was adorable and very comfortable. We had such a great time here. Highly recommended.
