Camp Ground was clean and well kept. Two very lovely water falls not far. And lots of trails, well maintained for the most part.

Group C site was great- across a small creek that separated us from the rest of the individual sites- shared pit toilets with another group site but were quite far from them. Nice creek running on both sides.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience. It was our first stay at Dtanding Indian. It is a clean, peaceful, beautiful setting. And, we had nice weather. The area is well maintained and the people are friendly. Campsites are nicely spaced -- you don't feel like you are on top of other campers. We highly recommend Standing Indian and will be returning.

Campsites were good. The Bath house restrooms were updated and clean - a big plus! I didn't realize that the Nantahala actually ran through the campground. The scenery was beautiful. We hiked the Kimsey Creek Trail. It was very scenic and challenging but well worth the effort. The campground staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be back!
