Great getaway spot for fall. See the changing of the leaves. Drive the tail of the dragon. Fly fish tons of places within 20 minutes. See black bears in Cades Cove.
Room was charming. 6 separate elevated cabins. No neighbor noise. Despite being just a couple hundred yards from the roads we rarely heard road noise. 3 minute walk down to a beautiful stream. Minutes from food, gas, and even a laundromat. Room included nice sized shower, sink, and closet space in a bathroom. Comfortable bed, tv w directTV (800 shopping channels plus some regular tv), couch, desk, coffee bar with refrigerator. The heating system is an electric faux mini fireplace that was adequate and a bathroom heater as well. We visited when it was 35-55 degrees so it was comfortable regardless. Daily maid service made the bed and emptied the trash. Parking is under each cabin. We have a 2025 corvette and with the front end lift we had no problem coming and going. No AWD or clearance issues.
Cleverly, no cabin looks into another cabin either. There are three basically riverside. And three (I think) behind those, but you never look out and look straight into another cabin.
They apparently even provide a grill, some firewood, and great campfire social areas but we didn’t use those.
And the price was reasonable considering what you’re getting. We spent a lot more for a lot less in other places.

This is a very nice getaway if you're looking for a more quiet stay while visiting the smoky mountains. I looked at some other reviews complaining about checkout time, the views, and other things that are completely within the customers realm to figure out themselves. 11 am checkout is way more than enough. Each treehouse has pictures and unique descriptions about its build. With that being said, the ammendities provided are definitely considered a great service from my end. Room service was always keeping my trash empty and the lady was nice. Couldn't ask for a better location, most of the best scenic spots are within a 15 - 40 minute drive. Only reason for my 4 star is because of the price. I do agree with another review, I just dont see the value of the nightly fee in all of the above. I could see anything under maybe $200, but nothing more than that. Also, my fault for not calling or doing more research, but for a 2wd, the unpaved and somewhat steep entrance can be a bit tricky at first, but started to nail it after the first few days. If you want some more private time and a more natural experience, I would definitely go here rather than your average hotel.

I absolutely loved staying here! I loved the secluded and charming feel of the treehouse and the property in general. The string lights around the deck and fire pit area added such a magical touch! It was furnished with everything we needed. I love that there was coffee provided in our room. Check in and out was easy and fast. We also loved that there was covered parking under our treehouse along with towels for wiping it down.

We had a wonderful stay! The cabins were beautiful, clean, and well thought out — complete with a comfortable bed, microwave, mini fridge, and gas grill (with utensils included, which made things so easy). The grounds were well maintained, and even though the cabins were relatively close together, we never heard a neighbor.
It truly felt like a peaceful escape. We couldn’t see the “real world” from our cabin, but if we needed any convenience items, they were just a short drive away. While you can faintly hear traffic outside, it was completely silent once we were inside.
Whether you’re looking to unplug and reconnect with nature or prefer to stay connected with Wi-Fi and cable, this place offers the best of both worlds. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We spent our anniversary here and loved it. Very charming and peaceful. We stayed in unit 1 for two nights; unfortunately due to rain we weren't able to fully enjoy the property. We went sight seeing late Friday and was pleasantly surprised when we returned to have the room tidied up. The treehouse was very clean and there were lots of little details that were much appreciated. We also encountered a fox pulling into the property Friday night. We can't wait to stay again.
