What Guests Are Saying
Badin Lake Campground offers beautiful, quiet campsites with easy access to the lake and scenic trails, making it a popular choice for families and solo campers alike. Many visitors appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and respectful neighbors, with several expressing their intention to return. However, there are consistent concerns regarding the cleanliness and maintenance of the bathrooms and showers, along with issues related to parking and management that could be improved.

I hardly got any sleep. Someone in the next site ran a generator all night and said they were told by the person they made the reservation with that it was ok to run it all night. When they did turn it off during the day the whole campground cheered! Then it was back on at night!!

Neighboring campers had their generator on all day and all night. No park employee was ever seen doing rounds of the campground, so we ended our weekend early to avoid sleeping to the loud sound of that generator

This is a gem in a hiding place. The best experience for us was hanging in the water of the access point

Badin Lake Campground is well maintained with showers and toilets(clean) but no electric(no big deal for us).My grandson and I fished for two days catching bream from our canoe. The lower campground has closer access to the lake.A beautiful spot.We also go off-road Jeeping in the park. They have trails from beginner to bring on the rock crawling beast levels.
