Great campsite, but something should be done about elk in campground. They were constantly in campsite on table and scaring kids. I think it is dangerous for them to be in campground, with so many kids around. They do not scare off.

I love this campsite! There was an amazing drive up the mountains with gorgouse views. Campground was quite and small. The creek running through it was beautiful and my neighbors were remarkable. Just moved to the smokies and will be totally coming back! Also I seen an elk walking through the campground that was awesome man! 5 stars excellent.

It amazes me how resources are placed in some areas but not in others. Trails are maintained, Wildlife is protected, but campgrounds are like they were is 1920. Big Dead Trees waiting to fall on campers, no showers, skimpy 1 or two hole bathrooms in a campground with 90% tenters. Get some upgrades please!
