The campsite and facilities were clean and well cared for. Even though the campground was full it was quiet at night and I had no problems getting to sleep in my tent. The elk were present in the valley and I was able to watch them that evening and the next morning along with wild turkey. I would recommend camping here and I will do so again.

It was a beautiful and very relaxing atmosphere. I truly enjoyed seeing the elk during mating season. I had no problems of any kind here. Very quiet and serene.

Fabulous trip last weekend the campground was open in October. While the traffic got congested before I left the valley and the elk were well worth the trip. Smallish campground but adequate. Bring everything you need. the road in was trying. Be careful and slow. And enjoy the valley.

The campground was clean and quiet. It was probably at only about thirty percent capacity during my stay which I liked. The host was friendly and check in/out was easy.
