Sites need to be kept up better and to much poison ivy and the grass could be mowed a lot better and more weed eating done. Mowers need to NOT mow toward campers.

As a dog owner, we enjoyed walking our dogs in the campground and had a great area to walk them. We noticed that in Loop B there was one doggie bag/ disposal can but not one in Loop A. Also we noted that the amphitheater area was really overgrown with weeds and bushes. I know that we were there at the end of August and they are probably not used as much, but was still was neglected looking.
We really enjoyed our visit, even with first 3 days of rain intermittently, and we are planning on returning next year. Booking seems to go quickly, so we are waiting on Oct 1.

Beautiful park but will pick a different site next time because of our age.
