Eggerts Landing is a very nice and well-kept campground and park. Our only disappointment was the constant barrage of golf cards going around and around the campground destroying the peacefulness that the park used to have. These people seem to have nothing else to do - and they are not even campers!

The campground is kept clean and has secluded campsites. Cell phone service with Verizon is excellent. Camp host is very friendly and welcoming.

Spot 23 didn't have strong enough electrical to run out AC on a hot day. I had to run a generator. Talked to the camp host and he said the spot has been a problem all year and all he could do was inform the rangers. The breakers were also loose in the box and flopping around. Seems like a serious safety issue.

Nice facilities, showers etc. Sites fairly well spaced with trees between each other. Quiet at night with good camp host.
