Great location right by the river, includes picnic table, fire pit, and grill. Accessible to trails (scenic river trail and greenwood) if you wish to hike. If you continue on the trail it would be a decent day hike, but you can do a short there and back hike to the bluff if you just want to see the views (caution, it it is a somewhat steep ascent). Also about 10 minutes from a grocery store (Galaxy in St. Mary's, West Virginia) if you forget any necessities.

Beautiful campground right on the Ohio river! Quiet there and friendly campers. Definitely bring your kayaks and fishing poles with plenty of bait. Also...bikes for kids. Only complaint was bathrooms not cleanest & lacked toilet paper for a whole day! But i for sure will bring my family to camp here again. Make reservations, it really because fills up fast & not very many sites just for tents.

Beautiful location! Grounds are nicely kept. Bathroom/shower house was not very clean though.
