Belle Starr Campground is praised for its cleanliness, well-maintained facilities, and friendly staff, making it a top choice for campers. Many visitors enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful lake views, and spacious pull-through sites, with ample wildlife to observe. Some concerns include limited restroom availability during off-peak months and the presence of stickers in the area, but overall, guests express a strong desire to return.

Campsite was spacious with properly located utilities. This park is well maintained with great views. TMobile service was acceptable but few TV stations were available. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

We had an easily accessible pull through site that was plenty long enough for most any rig. Electric and water hookups were in a good location and in good working order. Showers closest to us were in pretty bad shape but there was a newer unit further away that was okay. We’ll definitely return when we can stay longer than overnight.

Nice sites but dump station needs upgrades. The dump station is not usable with a tote as there is a curb so with a tote it would need to flow up over the curb

Site was a back in and we did have a little issue leveling our 5th wheel....they had plenty of opens spots and even mentioned that to us.....but we fell in love with this site because it backed up to the water and there was a little beach right there. My husband caught fish right behind the trail. Site was clean and I would say if you are over 35 feet would be questionable if you could fit. Host were nice, bathrooms were clean we did fine with our AT&T phones as HotSpots. We are hikers and could easily drive to state parks for good hiking!

Trees at my sight were dead and limbs fell on my camper. The park workers need to remove dangerous dead trees
