Nice campground. Beautiful sunsets from here overlooking the lake. Open grassy are for kids activities, playground, and basketball court.
Only thing missing is no water hook ups at most sites.

Blue Creek is a nice campground with plenty of playground equipment for children and clean facilities. Almost all spots are big enough for large rigs, but not very level. Use of the boat ramp varies with the lake level if you have an inboard. Nearby ramps are available at all lake levels. All electric is 30 amp and there are two faucets to fill your water tank. It is not fancy, but it is well kept and normally pretty quiet. Last time we stayed there was another camper in our spot, but it was fixed quickly without any fuss by the ranger and attendants.

I like the park and the grounds were very well kept. Wonderful views of the lake; God's creation is something that we can only enjoy, a beautiful sunset over the lake can never be man made! Wayne and Edie are fine gate attendants. The new volunteers seem nice and looks like they perform their jobs. The same issues with the showers in April are still the same in September. That's not a very good reflection for maintenance. East shower the light doesn't work, West shower door still hits at the top and you have to pick up really hard on the door handle to open or close the door. The bathrooms and showers are being kept clean. Something needs to change about all the people who are coming into the park and using the shower! The gates need to be locked at 10:00 pm like the rules state. They don't always get locked and people come in at all times of the night! Not good when we think we're in a safe place! Who is responsible for locking them in October?
