What Guests Are Saying
Potato Hills Central is a well-maintained campground with spacious sites, beautiful views, and a peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for camping and outdoor activities. Guests appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities and the friendliness of the camp host, Jordan, enhancing their overall experience. While some restrooms could use improvement and the lake poses navigation challenges, the campground's natural beauty and tranquility make it a favorite destination for many.

Once I figured out how the water faucet worked it was great! Hostess was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great experience and so enjoyable. Had bad weather and officer came by to warn us to take shelter. Very very clean and new updated RV spots. Loved the people and made great friends.

Loops A & B sites are too close together for me. But I'm not a people person. Loop C was my favorite. Showers are built for very short people but water was hot (good).

Our reservation were for in A but due to being vandalized we were given other choices. Only showers were in D with push button controls and chilly.

We had a great time at Potato Hills! Very well kept and clean! We were moved from A03 to D76 at the last minute due to vandalism in the A loop but we actually enjoyed the D loop much more! We have a 42’ Heartland Milestone fifth wheel and it fit in the spot beautiful with plenty of rooms to spare. Plus we had full cell signal there which never happens (we have AT&T). Will definitely be visiting again soon!

I enjoyed this campground. My site was right on the water and had nice access to coves for kayaking. When making reservations be sure to check the length of the sites as some are much smaller than others. Also, be sure to bring some leveling blocks. The restroom and showers were very nice and clean. I will camp here again.

We camped at D88 during March. Not all site are level but doable. Share water with next campsite. Site right on the water but fishing was bad. Restrooms nice -warm water and warm temperature inside. Tv and phone service okay most of the time.
