What Guests Are Saying
Chicken Creek offers a beautiful camping experience with stunning lake views, peaceful surroundings, and well-maintained campsites. Many visitors appreciate the friendly staff and volunteers, as well as the easy access to water and nearby amenities. However, some concerns were raised about the condition of the facilities, including overgrown grass, restroom maintenance issues, and low tree limbs that could damage taller campers. Overall, guests have enjoyed their stays and express a desire to return despite the noted drawbacks.

We come here often and the park never lets us down. We usually stay in sites on the water but this time we moved up into the trees.. Our experience was just as good as previous. Water connections easily available, Power connections close to sites. mostly level sites, clean and well taken care of park. I would highly recommend

A lot of red wasps. They were not fun, Coming out of roof in the shelter.
Bathrooms were clean, tables were clean, lots of room for chairs and cooking. Close to the water, great views. The grass was trimmed. Plenty of parking, Great place for a large gathering

Tenkiller is a beautiful lake! We had the Best campsite!! My only regret is that we didn't take our boat with us. We did have the kayaks but the wind blew so hard it was really hard to get where we wanted to go.....next year the boat will go with us.

We had a great time. Might make sure you have a "Y" to split off the water and plenty of hoses. Might need to bring a weedeater too. Other than that we had a great time and will come back. We stayed in spot 50 and liked it.
