This was the first time we ever stayed here and didn’t know what to expect, we were pleased with the cleanliness and low noise for such a full park. We will be back soon to enjoy the peace and quiet and the view of the lake.

Rv facilities at the camp grounds are getting old and run down. Need 50amp hookups. Bathroom need exhaust tentation. Playground needs to be moved back to west end of campground.

Park is very nice! But stay away from Site 5 unless you want ants to move in with you. We left early because you couldn’t sit outside without getting stung by ants. We did let the camp host know.

Overall a very good, clean, safe campground. Check in was a breeze as the host was very friendly, she gave me a map of the camp and showed me the best way to get to my site. My site was level, clean, and I had enough space without feeling crowded next to my neighbors. I had a beautiful view of the lake and boat docks. The bathroom shower house is older but was clean and had flush toilets and hot water showers. There are trash bins throughout the camp. I would definitely come back again, I enjoyed my time there,

The place is so beautiful for a vacation, and it's close to our boat. The camp hosts are friendly and keep the place going very well. All in all they make the stay a happier experience.

Wonderful views, great people, swimming hole, boating, canoeing, bathhouses & decent showers (not temp controlled) mostly RV's but tents are allowed, cement picnic tables, fire pits (firewood not supplied but you can find loose wood around the park), grills provided, group camping. Did I mention the area is gorgeous? 🫶 Some short term and long term tenants but they were all very respectful & polite. The gate keepers were very helpful in solving a couple minor issues with guests parking on my campsite and a water hose so I could use water from the spout bc I had to share with the site next to me.
But it was overall a good visit!

Strayhorn Landing never disappoints. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Clear water. Usually a nice breeze.
