Been there twice now, location is great and convenient to lake but each time the grounds have not been mowed and in some places the grass was taller than our dogs. Only complaint is the grounds up keep!

Every site (40) has great lake views you cant believe til you see them!!!! Gorgeous!! In the rocky cliffed hills of Lake Tenkiller.
Great swim area
Marina and boat ramps
Large sites- grassy and treed
Paved roads and level paved sites.
Nice bathrooms. Two are individual rooms with deadbolt.
No trains or roads nearby- no airport nearby! Quiet and peaceful
Nice Playground for kids and great campground for bike rides and walking dogs.
Several restaurants nearby.
Dollar General 1 mile away.
30 and 20 amps all sites. No 50 amp. Only reservable sites 21 and 22 have sewer.
You gotta see it to believe how pretty it is.
No wild animals on peninsula except squirrels and some geese (that dont frequent campsites). Grounds kept mowed so mosquitoes are more minimal.
Can get windy with N/S winds as peninsula is east/west and provides great water views of sunrises and sunsets.

Nice camp hosts. Great camping sites with lots of shade. Nice swim area and good bank fishing options. We caught large and small mouth bass, channel and flathead catfish, all keepers, from the bank. Facilities are camping good. Fish cleaning stations are non existent, lake wide. Marina is a short walk away. We will be back.
