We had a nice lake view at space #4.
Area is on top of ridge leading to breezes.
No problems with water or electrical service.
Be aware that there is a 10:00 P.M. gate closing.

This is a beautiful state park. The water is visible from all of the camp sights and plenty of trees. The bath houses we not really cleaned well but we’re usable and well stocked. The first camp host we met let us know that at 10:00 that night she was off for a week and didn’t want to be bothered. The next day her replacement was an happy helpful jovial gentleman with a broad smile that said “have a good time”. We will be back.

We have been coming to this campground for 40 years. Two things that needs to be addressed. One, the grass around the campground needed mowed and the restrooms need a lot of work. I called the Corp office about the lights of working in the men’s shower. They replaced the lights but they never came on. We were there for two weeks.

Strayhorn was absolutely amazing. We had the best time. Everyone is so friendly, everything is clean, and its very calm and relaxing. We loved the marina and the swimming area is perfect. My husband and I rented a paddle boat from the marina for a little date and it was so fun. The marina has everything you need right there as well. There is also a good selection of places to eat around this area as well. We can not wait to go back!

We had a great stay at Strayhorn Landing at Tenkiller Lake! We were on spot 17 near the small bathhouse and it worked out great. The ONLY issue was one of the (2) showers was out of commission, but we were ok showering in the camper. Great times with family and new friends!!

There were dead tree limbs looming overhead and the north bathrooms had no hot water.
