Group of 4 old retired friends used 2 sites for 3 days of kayaking on the lakes. Campsites were clean and ready when we got there, new bathhouse and new remote vault toilets are very nice. Water system has been upgraded and no longer under a boil warning. Hosts were pleasant and available when needed but not intrusive. I use this campground 3-4 times a year, always a great experience.

Good spacing between campsites, bathrooms and showers OK. We had a great time on the trails and May is definitely an excellent month to visit then wild flowers are everywhere with all the rains.

One of my fav places...so special that I've booked a second trip this same year. We camped the night of the tornado swarm in Oklahoma in early May. Quite a light show that night!
