We were unable to stay at Heyburn Park since they had no water at the campground. Nobody bothered to let us know about this in advance and it was too late to reserve a spot anywhere else during spring break. We were very disappointed with the campground not letting us know since they had our contact information.

It seemed nice. We just stayed the night. We were a little disappointed when we realized the bathrooms were closed for the season. Would have been nice if this was published on the website so we could have made an informed decision.

Older campground with mostly unlevel, dusty grey slag campsites. Electrical utility post and water faucet may not be conveniently located (ours was located on opposite side of our camper’s hookups). I can’t comment on bathhouse as we didn’t use it . We did not see a camp host on arrival, so we just found an open site and used reservation.gov to reserve it.
Out of the way park, about 30 minutes from Tulsa/Jenks area. IMO, Just Ok for a cheap overnight stay if nothing else is available.

Sites are unlevel and confusing as configured. Roads and camp sites contain more dust than gravel. Bathrooms were dirty rendering the showers unusable. Never saw the host attendant. Paid for three nights stayed one! Absolutely not what we are accustomed to at Army Corp Facilities.
