Was very pretty view. Only disappointment was park was shutting down early because the corp didn't get the trash pickup contract approved on schedule.

There was a little mix up with the campsite, but the camp host and park rangers were very helpful. I appreciate them so much! They swiftly handled the situation and saved our camping trip! Our kids were worried we would have to go back home but thanks to them we did not have too! It is a beautiful peaceful campground very well kept , the bathrooms were also very clean. We will most definitely be coming back! Thank you guys!

Lovely sites and site design leaving one feeling exceptionally private.
Power breakers often trip.
Road to the campground is very bumpy in a manner that can be difficult to drive a motorhome

Quiet park, nice shade for morning walks. Roads were narrow, a challenge for larger rigs. Had to do some site clean up from previous campers. Very rough road before entering the park.

The electrical boxes kept overheating, so we put an umbrella over it at all times. Other electrical boxes were covered with pop-up canopies to keep the boxes from overheating. If they could just update the electrical boxes to 50 amps that would help with a lot of the problem we are experiencing each and every year. We visit Buncombe Creek-Site C every year and have for the past 62 years. We hope to continue having our family reunion there, but as new travel trailers are requiring 50 amps to run them, we are struggling to keep it there. Thank you, and we hope to see improvements next year.
