Brush Creek Public Use Area is a well-maintained park that offers beautiful views of Keystone Dam and the Arkansas River, making it a popular destination for camping and outdoor activities. Visitors appreciate the clean facilities, attentive camp hosts, and spacious sites, with many planning to return. Some minor issues reported include a malfunctioning water spigot and noise from the dam's alarm, but these did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.

Excellent small park on the Arkansas River. Directly behind the Keystone Dam, so you do hear warning sirens when the dam gates are being opened or closed. Very convenient stop-over while traveling in the Tulsa area.

The campsite was amazing. The views are beautiful. It’s easy to pull in. The gate keeper was very friendly and showed me the amenities that I didn’t know about. We tent camp but enjoy the amenity of electric and water so we chose this spot because of the convenience of us wanting to fish along the dam. The reason for the 3 stars was because of the noise from the traffic along the dam and there must be an airport near by because we heard helicopters and airplanes most of the time.

The location was convenient to area attractions and the grounds were impeccably clean and welcoming. Take a hose extension or have a very long hose because the water source is farther than average from the RV connection- far toward the back of the site. Have plumbers tape on hand as the source tap may leak. We tightened the hose on with plenty of plumbers tape and still had a regular drip but not bad. The restrooms were acceptable- nothing fancy but clean. The shower ran pretty hot and the temp was not adjustable. It's the push on/auto-off faucet so multiple pushes are required during the shower. There's wonderful access to a walking path and fitness trail- all along the river. The horn from the dam does sound periodically with long repeated blasts, but we found that tolerable. Overall, we loved the facility and one can't beat the cost.

It is a very nice campground. It is small and mostly quiet. The best part is there are a few FHU sites.
