Visitors enjoy the beautiful lake ideal for kayaking and paddleboarding, along with stunning sunrises and starry nights. However, accessibility via a dirt road and limited water supply are notable concerns, along with the presence of mosquitoes at certain times.

Very nice, quiet, secluded campground. We were at the furthest loop and had the place to ourselves on a Thursday in mid September. Great little beach right off the campsite that was perfect for launching our kayaks. I caught my first Oregon brook trout!

Wonderful quiet campground. The host is considerate about his generator use as only a means to charge batteries and not disturb other campers beyond the basic time to take care of batteries. He keeps a calm and clean campground and explains rules in a fair and professional manner.

Nice campground, but the website says water is available and that is not true. Recreation.gov description of this campground should say "no water".
