Beautiful lake, beautiful clean and large camping area…The water was like glass, paddle boarding was a dream. Having your own designated camp site we never felt crowded and could really relax…Camp host was very helpful and made our trip even more enjoyable…we will return!

Our site was very large, with lots of space in between sites, but it was also not very crowded. A beautiful, and mostly shallow, clear lake that was great for paddleboarding and seeing a bald eagle fishing. Campfires were banned while we were there, due to the hazard level, so that diminished it a bit. The potable water was available in exchange for about a one-minute workout with a very long-handled pump, but it was there! Also, some of the least offensive vault toilets I've experienced.

It was good to find the water pump working, The ground at the sites has unfortunately been trod into fine dust. A layer of wood chips, if possible, would keep the sites much more comfortable. the lake was lovely and clear. fine paddling but poor fish catching. Still high on my list.

The campground was spotless. The bathrooms were really clean. The host (Norm) all in all was amazing. He was really friendly, kept the place clean and helped us with firewood. There were a lot of mosquitos this time which was a bummer. Once you are on the lake you don't have to worry about the bugs.

The road was in such bad shape I had a flat tire. As there is no gravel on the road the dust covered everything in the campsite and every time a car drove by we were covered in dust. We left and did not stay the 2 evenings we had booked as it was awful. In addition there are no campsite maps located anywhere and it would be nice if your guests knew in advance that there is no cell service. I would not recommend this campsite to anyone.

Beautiful lake and campground. Very quiet when we were there, which was surprising as it was a holiday weekend. We'll definitely be going back!

We stayed for 4th of July week and it was crazy bad with mosquitoes! Dusk, dawn, and night the mosquitoes were so bad. We used so much Deet repellent and it didn't seem to make a difference. The shore lines are also pretty bad with mosquitoes. The only escapes is standing in direct sunlight when it's hot out or being in the middle of the lake. The site we stayed at was all powdery dirt, so all our stuff was covered in a layer of dirt

Spot 24 or 25 on the second loop is where it's at. Private mini beach to the lake, our toddlers loved it. Plenty of tree cover. The sites are not completely level. The parking is enough for a trailer or two cars. Friendly camp hosts. Loved it and definitely want to come back. Due to the time of year the mosquitos were a lot. The bathrooms actually smelled nice and the garbage was never an issue.
