Such a great campground. The sites were spacious and the trees were tall and the sites were shaded. The campground was mostly paved for fun bike riding. The playground was clean and newer for the kids. The river wasn't great for swimming, it was shallow and rocky. We never went fishing but everyone we saw with a pole hadn't any luck. I would 100% stay here again. It's a nice campground and it was easy to book.

HUGE campsites with good amenities. The site we were in was little bit close to the highway, but traffic was very minimal after dark. Personally, I also loved the fact that I had no signal; I'm On-Call 24-7 and arranged for someone to take my calls, but not everyone got the message.

Nice campground, especially for families, seniors and campers looking for a safe and respectful camping experience. Campers, volunteers and rangers were all very friendly with no issues.
There are some enforced rules, but we were ok with the no alcohol, no marijuana and posted quiet hours (ie no wood chopping after quiet time...). Addition of some bushes for privacy would help some of the campsites.
Bathrooms need to have soap dispensers installed.
Bathrooms get a lot of use but were overall pretty clean. Cleaned each morning and were at their best in the morning.

We were at 18D and 16D which both allow 4 cars each. Both sites together was perfect for a birthday camping trip with lots of people. Close to the front of the campground for people to easily find and far enough away from others so our voices didn't bother people too much. Great option for groups from 10 to 20 people.

Row river bike path to town and around is a great activity. Has shower. Note that no alcohol is allowed so families stay here.

Policies & Rules
Arrival & departure
- Reservations require 2 nights on weekends and 3 nights on holiday weekends.
Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.

Vehicles & parking
- Single sites allow 2 vehicles; double sites allow 4 vehicles. No extra vehicles are allowed.
- Campers must transport their RV or trailer; no leaving unmotorized trailers behind.
Utilities
- No electricity, water, or sewer hookups are available.
Site capacity
- Single sites accommodate up to 8 people; double sites up to 16. No extra visitors are allowed.
Site types & loops
- Single sites allow 1 camping unit and 2 or 3 tents.
Safety & rules
- Camping is limited to 14 days within a 30-day period.
- Bring battery backup for medical equipment; generators are not allowed during quiet hours.

- Buy firewood locally and burn it on-site to protect forests.

- Prevent invasive species by cleaning gear, staying on trails, and disposing of waste properly.
