Feels like you’re camping in the city. Zero privacy between campsites, neighbors who are there to party instead of enjoy nature, got eaten alive by fleas, toilets barely flushed (wound have just preferred a pit toilet!!) and someone came onto my site when I was gone and stole my water storage. Hosts are nice and seem like they’re doing their best, but this spot just isn’t worth going to.

Gorgeous park - wooded, ample sized sites, some sites on the river. Bathrooms/showers clean and well maintained. Host are helpful and genial. Love that the rangers, etc. are serious about speed limits, fire size, late night noise, etc. Great place for kids to burn energy riding bikes. Cottage Grove's downtown even has a couple of delicious eateries.

The park is very clean, organized and family oriented! Nice that alcohol and loud night activities are not allowed.
Access to the river is easy and nice to have areas to walk (nature trail, around the park and up to the dam area).
The volunteers and park staff were friendly and helpful, and kept restrooms clean and stocked.
We've stayed here several times and really enjoy this park!

Nice campground.
Only one bathroom facility, so many site are very far away from the bathrooms.
Campground hosts weren’t as friendly as most campground hosts, but were efficient.
Buy any needed supplies in town before camping. No store close by.

We've been coming to this campground for decades. We love it here.
The toilets need to flush better though.
They've been the same for years. They really don't flush.
They were some hoodlum boys throwing heavy rocks at the river. Nearly hit one of our girls heads.
We asked them to stop. They wouldn't. Their Parents didn't care either.
We've never experienced people like that but it's crazy.
Times have changed.

We had a fantastic time at the campsite. Beautiful spot, close to the bathroom's. Didn’t know the lake was above the campgrounds but slept peacefully listening to the stream.

Clean and quiet campground on a shallow, clear river. Staff was friendly and helpful but not overbearing. Rode most of the Row River Trail which was easy to access from the campground. The hiking trail in the park was well maintained.
