Fairly large park with lots of shady spots. Also has a playground for kids. Nice and quiet park.

Schwartz Park is a hidden gem a few miles off Rte 5 in Cottage Grove. The sites are level, well spaced, with lots of trees, and the toilet/shower block is good. The park accepts discount cards like Golden Age Passport. There's a trail to Dorena Lake.

From Cottage Grove, Oregon, take Exit 174 off of Interstate 5. Travel East on Row River Road for approximately 5 miles; you will cross Row River twice. The entrance to the campground is on the left side of the road immediately after you cross Row River for the second time.

Alcohol is prohibited at all U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Dorena Lake lands and areas, including Schwarz Park (Campground) and lease areas. |

Two (2) vehicles per site allowed for single sites, included with reservation fee. Four (4) vehicles per site allowed for double sites. No additional vehicles permitted, including visitor vehicles. Extra vehicle passes cannot be purchased. |

This campground requires you to reserve 2 nights on weekends, and 3 nights on holiday weekends for single sites or double sites. |
