I do like this campground, however I was unaware that the reason I did not get my America the Beautiful Senior Discount was because I reserved a double site. If I would have known, I would have reserved 2 single sites and received my discount.

Very dissapointing! Have never seen a more crowded, dusty campground. Narrow roadways and site entrances. We gave up after multiple tries and went down the road to another campground. Don't waste your time.

Love it we've been coming here for years. I love Schwartz, you've got the dam. You've got lots of bike riding trails. You've got Dorina lake and baker Bay day. Euseria, it's a wonderful park.The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner this year

Schwartz Campground was nice and quiet, which made for a peaceful camping trip. The only downside was having to keep a close eye on the kids because we noticed poison oak growing around some of the trees. Overall, it was a relaxing place to camp!

CAREFULLY choose you site. Some of them have ample shade and others get full sun. I messed up and got one with NO shade. A great campground and very clean, I'll be back in he future, but at a different site now that I have been there.

Policies & Rules
Arrival & departure
- Reservations require 2 nights on weekends and 3 nights on holiday weekends.
Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.

- Alcohol is not allowed in the park.
Vehicles & parking
- Single sites allow 2 vehicles; double sites allow 4 vehicles. No extra vehicles are allowed.
- Campers must transport their RV or trailer; no leaving unmotorized trailers behind.
Utilities
- No electricity, water, or sewer hookups are available.
Site capacity
- Single sites accommodate up to 8 people; double sites up to 16. No extra visitors are allowed.
Site types & loops
- Single sites allow 1 camping unit and 2 or 3 tents.
Safety & rules
- Camping is limited to 14 days within a 30-day period.
- Bring battery backup for medical equipment; generators are not allowed during quiet hours.
Fires & fuel
- Buy firewood locally and burn it on-site to protect forests.
Wildlife & food storage
- Prevent invasive species by cleaning gear, staying on trails, and disposing of waste properly.
