Rock Creek Oregon Coast offers a beautiful, peaceful campground nestled in the forest, with clean facilities and a friendly camp host, Lee. Visitors appreciate the scenic surroundings, including a lovely creek and proximity to the beach, though access to the beach can be challenging. Some sites are small and closely spaced, which may lead to noise issues; however, the overall experience is positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

We stayed one night at site 13 in 7/15/21. It was very shady and right next to the creek. It was a cooler cloudy day so it was pretty cold in the shade. Far enough from hey 101 so there was no noise. A short walk to the beach, however, it is a test of your balance beam skills as you cross the creek under the bridge. Of course you can take your shoes off and cross just fine. Beautiful empty beach to stroll on. Great place to stop on the coast as you travel.

One of my favorite small USFS campgrounds in coastal Oregon. Tucked away from noise from Hwy 101, along a bubbling creek. Fresh potable water and well maintained. Best feature is there are very limited # of sites large enough for RVs - a big plus!

Always happy to share soap with other campers. No showers here, and the camp was a bit windy during the day. Accesssible to many lovely waysides, hikes and Cape Perpetua.

Hosts were grumpy and not helpful. We ended up leaving to stay at cape perpetua were the campground is nicer, cleaner, and the hosts were much nicer.
