What Guests Are Saying
Sutton Campground offers a peaceful and well-maintained environment, with clean restrooms and attentive hosts. Many visitors appreciate the spacious, private campsites and the accessibility of nearby hiking trails. However, some guests find the pricing a bit high compared to nearby campgrounds with more amenities, and there are concerns about tree maintenance affecting RV access. Overall, the campground is favored for its tranquility and cleanliness, making it a great base for exploring the surrounding area.

There is only one 30-amp plug available. If you are camping with "normal" 3-prong plug bring a converter to plug into the 30-amp configuration. The campsite is fairly private with the fire ring tucked away in the bushes. Plenty of room to set up a large tent and a nice grill on the fire ring to cook on. There is no water hookup but there is a spigot nearby.

Wonderful campground by the ocean. Surrounded by pines, a nice creek running through and several great hiking trails right from the camp. We’ve stayed several times and have always found the restrooms to be very clean and well supplied. It’s amazing how peaceful the campground is considering you’re only 10 minutes from town which is great for any last minute items you may have forgotten to bring. Can’t recommend this place enough.

We had a very enjoyable 4-night stay in January. The weather was sunny every day. It got a bit cold at night, but we stayed warm. We had a nice campfire every night.
This campground was wonderfully quiet.
We love the new shelter in the group camp on A loop. Beautiful addition to this area. The construction is top-notch and sturdy.

Never made it due to weather and I canceled my reservation but never received any money back. Do not go there.

We were in #16 with a 25' travel trailer. The site and whole campground were very clean. The hosts were very nice and worked hard at keeping it that way.
