What Guests Are Saying
Eagle Rock Campground is a beautiful and quiet gem, offering stunning views, well-kept sites, and proximity to hiking trails and a river. While the campground is mostly clean and offers privacy, some facilities, like restrooms, could use improvement. Overall, visitors appreciate the serene environment and plan to return.

As long as you don’t mind not having potable water, this is about as good as it gets. Large spaces, quiet neighbors and the sound of the rushing Umpqua to put you to sleep. Our spot had access to a private riverside beach which we only shared occasionally with another site. It was well shaded and the breeze of the river helped cool things down even though the max temps were in the low to mid 90s. I highly recommend.

A way for those traveling through to purchase firewood would be nice. Like they have at Susan Creek.

Great spot.
The campsite we were in was E8.
The sites are not numbered we “E” in front of the number, number only. A little confusing because we weren’t sure if we were in the correct campground.
We thought maybe there was an East and a West campground but there’s only the one.
Great spot to camp and go see (drive to) waterfalls.

Campsites here are quite large. Great location along North Umpqua River.

Unfortunately it was very Smoky from the fires, but we had almost the whole place to ourselves. It's a beautiful spot. Camp sites are pretty separated and good size. I met a state trooper and a ranger while I was there, and both were very friendly. I was alone most of my first day, and that made me feel safer.
