What Guests Are Saying
Sandbeach Campground offers a clean, well-maintained environment with friendly camp hosts and excellent access to the beach and dunes, making it a great spot for families and ATV enthusiasts. Many campers appreciate the spacious sites and enjoyable atmosphere, despite some noise from OHVs and occasional bathroom maintenance issues. While it may not be ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, it provides a fun, active camping experience.

We had a great time here. The camp grounds was clean and very spacious. Everyone was respectful of others. Spend a great deal of time on the dunes and had no problems other then we went down a trail and ended up stuck in the middle of the night so be very careful you know where you are headed. This is one of my favs and we will be back.

The crabbing was excellent. First time had my license and catch checked. Tuesday - Friday best time to camp, off road and crab! Less people!

Very nice campground, would be better with electric and water hook up, you must like ORVs to camp here

We love going to Sandbeach. It’s within walking distance to the beach, the weather is usually good and it’s not far from Tilamook for groceries. However, on this trip, there was a lot of rule breaking going on long after the 10:00 start of “quite time”. There were ATV’s rolling through camp with music blaring and light bars on high well past midnight. Someone was setting off fireworks most of the night, and there were several gun shots at 11:30 one night. I realize that it is hard for the camp hosts to police the entire camp ground and that some people a inconsiderate jerks, but this went on for several nights. We will probably be back, but not on the weekends. Monday through Wednesday nights were nice and quite. Still a beautiful campground.
